Minges Family Scholarship

Scholarship Eligibility & Criteria
The applicant must be a graduating senior at Lakeview High School, a current resident of Lakeview School District, and accepted by a college or university of his/her choice. There must be evidence of financial need. Preference may be given to students intending to study music, art, agriculture, or education.

Award
Only earnings from the scholarship fund shall be awarded. The number of scholarships and amounts are to be determined by the Scholarship Committee on an annual basis.

Renewable
It is potentially renewable.

Selection Committee
The Selection Committee shall be appointed by LSEF and shall consist of at least three members. Initially, this shall be a counselor, a family member, and a member of LSEF.

Deadline
Application deadline is March 1. Selection process should be completed by May 1. Recipient announced at Awards Assembly and graduation time.
